Celo: <Issue Title>

Coinlist says your Withdraw is Complated and they give me a txd but when i click that link i can't see my balance..

Steps to reproduce

İ just send my CELO tokens to my binance wallet but o can't see my tokens on my wallet. There is a mistake cuz coinlist says Complated..

Expected Behaviour

Just send my CELO tokens to my binance wallet.

Actual Behaviour

Tell us what happens instead.
