As @aslawson suggested, for the short term, let's hard code the wallet id <-> version mapping

Hard code to use v1: Valora ✅ Celo Terminal ✅ Celo Dance ❓ ( @aslawson to find out) Celo Wallet ❓ ( @nicolasbrugneaux to check with @jmrossy )
