Add Biochar (CHAR) from Toucan #53

The CHAR token has enabled the first liquid market for biochar credits, which is a Uniswap pool deployed on Celo:

@shazarre Sure, done! Based on the example you linked, I bumped the minor version and reset the patch level to 0 - hope that's OK.
