Add eXOF to the list of Celo tokens

token address appears correct as it was deployed by mento deployer

Forgot to replace eXOF token address to the correct one in my original commit. The latest commit is fixing that.

ok it looks like original was the token and updated address is the proxy. I saw the swap and got worried there was something nefarious happening. all good though
