I added the three detailed documents in the CGP0115 Folder and updated the CGP0115 MD to point people to both the PDF version and the version in the Folder.

Missing .json file for the requested on-chain transactions.

@ericnakagawa .json file was merged in a previous PR (PR378) is already inside the folder.
