Remove FeeCurrencyWhitelist #199

...and the BRIDGED_ETH address. The BridgedETH contract has already been removed earlier when switching to OP-stack's custom gas currency feature.

The FeeCurrencyWhitelist is superseded by the FeeCurrencyDirectory
