I had a similar problem using nextjs on localhost and i use a mobile to access my nextjs development server IP in port 3000, but i don't think that the problem is with rainbowkit-celo. I think that the valora app have something like a cors or require the app had a public domain to recognize the request send by @walletconnect/core/index.js.
The solution in my case was deploy my nextjs application using vercel and this problem was done. Hope this helps!
@dejardim thats good to know, it sounds like @Deepcryptodive was testing on goodghosting and the celo rainbowkit example site.
@Deepcryptodive you said omni wasnt working for you as well as valora.
Can i ask does Omni wallet work on https://www.rainbowkit.com/ with your phone?
Hey @aaronmgdr - sorry for the slow reply, but yes it does work on Rainbowkit.com Although it seems this might be more a general Valora issue, rather than a rainbowkit-celo one.
@jeanregisser could you look into what might be happening with valora?
Sorry to hear this @Deepcryptodive 😥 Does this happen on mobile or desktop or both? What about with https://celo-walletconnect.vercel.app/? If you’re able to reproduce, could you submit your Valora logs by contacting our support team from the Help menu?
Thanks 🙏
I am unable to connect my Valora mobile wallet to a dApp that uses rainbowkit-celo.
Mobile
So no way for me to connect.
Desktop
Alas, also no way for me to connect using a desktop.
Tested with Mobile OS: Android 10 Valora version: 1.41.0 Valora version: 1.44.0 Valora version: 1.45.1
This happens both on: https://rainbowkit-with-celo.vercel.app/ https://goodghosting.com/ (using celo-rainbow kit "0.2.2")
Could this be related to me using a rather 'old' version of Android? (released late 2019)
