Release react-celo with the fixed wallet-walletconnect package #343

Remember to upgrade react-celo dependency in celo-composer. @nicolasbrugneaux: Either @therealharpaljadeja or @nestorbonilla can help here.

Building in celo-composer with React and react-celo gives a warning:

@celo-composer/react-app > @celo/react-celo > @celo/wallet-walletconnect-v1 > @walletconnect/types@1.8.0: WalletConnect's v1 SDKs are now deprecated. Please upgrade to a v2 SDK. For details see: https://docs.walletconnect.com/
