Update:

• Received very useful feedback from Eela and Alec on the PR
• Working through the feedback item by item
• Currently addressing the feedback to show code snippets for how to use the escrow contract instead of function signatures
• To make sure the code snippets work and to make it as easy as possible for users, I'm putting together a sample script (like Josh did) here:
