Add more HA sensors #228

Add max/min cell temp/voltage.

These are reported by the BMS so add an indication of that. Should have been in the JSON keys as well really but it's a bit late to change that now.

Also add a few more switches:

66 - AC Charge Power Percent
74 - Charge Priority Power Percent
75 - Charge Priority SOC Limit (actually this was already in but badly named, fixed)
