Convert HomeAssistant discovery to individual messages #253

This tells HA to look in, eg, lxp/3333333333/input/max_cell_temp/parsed rather than the older inputs/all (which is being heavily deprecated).

Decided to go with input/$key/parsed for two reasons:

$key rather than $register decouples needing to know which register the value is in, the JSON key is much more friendly
adding on /parsed keeps flexibility to add other subtypes in future
