OutcomesService wiki out-of-date for 5.0 #69

Hi.

The OutcomesService wiki (https://github.com/celtic-project/LTI-PHP/wiki/Outcomes-service) references the old ResourceLink consts (LTI\ResourceLink::EXT_READ, etc). Those are now part of the ServiceAction enum instead, it looks like. So we may need a wiki update here. (There may be other places where consts have been replaced by enums as well - I haven't looked.)
