Fine-tuned firewall as Digital Well-being #1278

It would firstly be great to also block whole predefined lists via the Firewall so one can continue using the default DNS, then more fine-grained rule control would be great.

More specifically, I'd like to block news sites in general except for on Sunday to limit my news consumption to one day per week. Also approximately limiting usage times would be great, e.g. only allow Instagram on Sundays and block the site 15min after the first connection.

This requires us to build an entirely new UI around IP / domain rules. So, don't expect it anytime soon. That said, we do see ourselves delivering something along these lines.
