Spring-clean blocklist #1359

Currently there are some filter lists in "advanced" that are either discontinued (like Fanboy's Enhanced Tracking List, AdRules China (Cats Team), …) or miscounted as having 0 rules (like Malware (RPi), Child Protection (RPi), …). It's just seems to be a good time to review/update them all.

Fixed. Thanks. Should show up in the next weekly blocklist update (~24 Sep).
