[FR] Add block/allow timer #1518

I would like to have option block/allow certain application by timer.

Use case: I need to stop video playing in browser after certain time. So I would allow browser, set block after. let's say, 30 minutes until I allow it again manually.

Not #341, but actually close to #27. Handy button+round/linear slider allowing block/unblock application for/after time period.
