Under Other DNS, the colored icons can overlap on those with long text (DoH, DNS 53, oDoH). The texts on DNS 53 and oDoH has also been cut when they exceeded the box ("DNS Proxy" and "TPS", respectively).
I think this is a minor bug as it's often advanced users that tinker with DNS (who already know what those acronyms mean), though... it doesn't look right. I'll leave it to the developer to decide whether it's worth fixing.
Btw I find these icons really neat, clearly communicating the advantage and limitations of Rethink DNS (fast but not anonymous).
