Whenever I go to the blocklists then press the back button, it would always show a dialog box asking me to save or discard changes even when I didn't make any changes. This issue isn't present in my previous version of the app: v055a.

Would really appreciate a fix on this issue as losing the only indicator of changes on the blocklists used can be quite confusing.
