Bug hellhole: Downloading 60mb in device blocklists takes forever and doesnt download. Even with in-app downloader turned on #1742

It would be awesome to at least add download progress bar for this, to at least have a realization that if downloading got stuck, you can reset the download and not wait a long time. And also get error message when it can't download the blocklists.
