Why the Mozilla Rethink DNS app crashes or randomly stops? #1777

Why the Mozilla's Rethink DNS app crashes or randomly stops working despite being locked, background activity allowed, and battery usage set to be killed by RAM management?

Shared the issue report via email but I'm yet to see any updates focusing on performance and stability.

Using Android 14. Realme.

We've made a bunch of improvements in v055o (due launch in a week or so), including fixing numerous crashes as were able to collect more relevant logs (from development builds).

Thanks. Will be looking forward to it. Also, on google play store, try to make it visible in searches when one searches for VPN, DNS, privacy, ad-blocker, adblocking, privacy, browser etc related terms (cloudflare, NEXT DNS comes up, DDG browser, tor browser, proton, brave, nord, adguard vpn, opera, ookla, glasswire comes up but not this, personally checked with multiple devices and accounts). I know rethink DNS so I know for rest, it is still unknown. I hope you will consider this as feedback to get more users and momentum to this project.

Ad blockers, per se, aren't allowed on Play Store. The ones that exist are at Google's mercy.

As for other terms, well our marketing game isn't on point. In fact, we never market anything at all like we probably should. So, you have a point...

Well, they are but then I'm not aware of policies that allow these in the first place.
