I think Android Management (Android System) app need to be outside of VPN, for hotspot message I am seeing that in notification panel
They work when RDNS is in DNS only mode not when firewall is active
Even when netguard is active tv didn't work
On Android it is personal hotspot and caused issue only with youtube tv before Android 11, and now, it happens with all apps.
User: Found out after Android 11 all video streaming apps that are my tv started rejecting to work on hotspot, and after some tests I have enabled bypass and they started working properly.
Before Android 11 I used to have personal hotspot as a separate app but after update it seems to be mixed into Android management and started messing.
Is there a way to make hotspot work without enabling bypass? To do excluded thing I can't find which app is dependent for hotspot.
Tried out netguard in that I can't find logs without paid service so can't find the app that is needed to be excluded and DNS management is the one that needed to be excluded for Android private DNS to work.
