Missing Recipe in Assembly Line after Selecting Skill #34

Installed the newest version (1.26.9.3.6r), still testing it as I never used it before, but hit a strange bug. In the Assembly Line I can see the recipe for the conduits and I could even start it, but directly after I learned skill and invested a star I can only build the conduits in the Anvil. i can't see it anymore in the Assembly Line. Even though someone else without the skill can start it for me and I can invest the work to make it running.

It seem to have something to do with the skill level because now I can see it again. Even though there is nothing saying that you need to have a level x to use this recipe.
