Trial plotting CAPE as contours instead of filled contours #24

Trial plotting CAPE as contours instead of filled contours for convective chart so that it doesn't obscure MD.

Moisture depth is useful for WA forecasters so wish to retain this feature even though it is somewhat correlated with mid-level dry intrusion.

Feedback from Doug and Sam - CAPE contours/label difficult to read.

Using alpha transparency and darker colour for CAPE contours improves readability. 20180627_1200_000_WA_convective_alpha

However, feedback from Synoptic Working Group indicates that forecasters are more used to filled contours for the CAPE field. Try plotting CAPE as filled contour with alpha transparency?

Final decision was to use filled contours for WA - colour adjusted from blues to purple. I have also added labels to these. For EA we use contours with twilight colour theme.
