Plot mid level dry intrusion as contour of min(RH700, RH600, RH500) #9

Mid level dry intrusion is currently plotted for a specific level but need to allow calculation as a minimum over multiple levels.

Email from Doug 2021-01-07:

How about the midlevel dry intrusion? On the hand chart I plotted 2 coutours of RH at 700 hPa: the 60% and 75% contours. For the future I had been hoping to do something more sophisticated (accounting for the fact that these dry intrusions can be at different heights) so something like a contour of Min(RH700, RH600, RH500). But we would have to experiment with that a bit.

Implemented in commit 481aadf6 - need to make sure Doug is happy with this.
