Hi,

I am trying to use your app but some problems are appearing when I use the extract bottom. See picture below. Could you please help me to solve?

I am using a new installation of a anaconda only with the required packages for your app.

Hi @canela90,

If it is still not solved, you can find my answer below. There are three possibilities;

  1. Your dataset is problematic, you can try to download it again.
  2. You are not checking the variables for analysis.
  3. Your coordinates out of the dataset.

Thank you for your attention but I am still having the same problem. I saw that you are able to run it, could you please provide some screenshots to see how you enter the coords, or the process.

Okey, after trying again I had some isuues with the eccode library and now i am able to download easily time series,

conda install -c conda-forge eccodes
