Don't call a blank page a REPL #61

This fixes #40.

Calling it a "Browser-REPL" is what threw me off in the first place :-)

My only issue with this is, if one of the easy, non-app-connected browser REPL options is being used (e.g. phantomjs, etc), then prompting someone to open the given URL is incorrect.
