MEI coverage documentation #14

It would be nice to have a documentation of which MEI elements are supported and how they are interpeted by meico.

It has been added (the file is documentation.md) and will be filled in future updates. All supported MEI elements are already in there. It is just missing a more extensive commentation so far.
