This is almost awesome ;-) Thanks Chris!

Just a few minor fixes to the CSS for my delicate eyes:

there was a white text shadow in the "Notebooks dashboard" in the top path.
when the header is visible, the notebook title and last updated time were black on dark dray, I made it match the grey used in the toolbar text (more readable).
