Update files in the Cemu-Language repository #1215

Your suggestion

The Cemu-Language repository has not been updated for more than six months and there are several updates for translations, so I ask you to check and accept them.

You also need to update the .pot file so that future translations are based on the current state of the English localization.

Thanks for bringing this up. I'll use the opportunity to mention that I am looking for someone to manage translations. I tried to handle it myself but since I already have way too much stuff on my plate I keep neglecting it, so any kind of help would be appreciated. Duties are pretty simple:

If anyone is interested in helping out let me know either here in this issue, on reddit (/u/Exzap) or on Discord. Also feel free to reach out for questions.

In the meantime I will handle any of the pending translation PRs today.

Have you considered using a translation management platform for this? Transifex and Crowdin are pretty popular, though not free (and Crowdin made a pretty hard shift into AI powered translations, which is ehh)

We've been using Weblate over at Pretendo for quite a while and it's treated us nicely, though it's fairly annoying to have to manually enable each locale. We're eventually going to move to an in-development translation platform made by @mrjvs once it's finished

Using a translation platform like one of those (or similar) might be good here? They all tend to have some form of git syncing, show translation progress (so it's easy to see what still lacks translations) and alerts translators when new strings are added/modified. Rather than manually dealing with individual PRs and all that
