Feature request: ability to turn off/change Dualshock 4 light bar color (SDL input)

I think that is controlled by windows OS and not cemu, also using steam before can cause that.

SDL introduced this with 2.0.14, but it still requires a supporting driver which i'm not sure the native windows HID is.
