007s Legends wont detect Game Pad, no matter what #794

There seems to be a bug in the newer versions of Cemu that stop 007 Legends from detecting a Gamepad properly.

I even tried to save input settings as profiles, then load the profiles manually by right-clicking on the game in the list -> game profile -> controller. This also does not work.

The game works fine if I select Pro Controler (as either one or 2, with the gamepad in 1 or 2), however, the game requires a Gamepad to actually play the story which is disabled.

Version cemu_1.25.4 does not have this bug.

This is still happening, tried on multiple OS with the same issue. @Squall-Leonhart are you able to commit a fix?
