Current Behavior
Screen smearing graphical bug when resolution is changed from native. Also causes water to have strange rippling stripes. Works fine in native. These pictures don't really do it justice as it's much more noticeable in motion, but a video is too big to upload here apparently.
Expected Behavior
No smearing or striped ripples.
Steps to Reproduce
Change resolution from native in graphical packs.

OS: Windows 10 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
