Can you help me in this?

The features of this plugin have been included in 3.5 and an effort was made to align this plugin to align with the 3.5 code (june 1, 2018). Are you using an earlier version? If so the misalignment would probably cause a migration error.

Thanks for your reply. I was using ealrlier version, Moodle 3.2.I upgraded it to newer version. I have hosted it on Linux based single domain server. I had different courses configured on this instance. Some courses were to try Moodle features and only 2 courses were live with exam activity.I confess, I heve not read any guidelines before upgradation. During the process I did not encounter any problem. After upgradation, when I am logs in as Admin user, the message of plug-in failed is shown and I am not able to correct it. If you could guided me on this, it will be greatly useful. I can share you the user credetials of the instance, in case you require. the earlier version of this plugin would probably cause trouble moving to 3.5. If you can afford it, removing the plugin then updating should be fine. It all depends how you use the Assignment and Grade Service, which tool is using it and if those tools created gradebook columns independently from the external tool link, because removing the plugin and its data would loose the association of the tool to its gradebook columns so it would not be possible to further send grades to those columns.
