Description of bug: Navigation Example in Safari does not loop focus

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to https://next--upbeat-sinoussi-f675aa.netlify.app/api/drawer/#navigation_example on Safari
Tab around inside the drawer and notice it doesn't loop

Relates to https://github.com/cengage/react-magma/pull/1467

Component: DatePicker

Description of bug: On Safari with VoiceOver on, pressing the up/down arrows gets the focus out of the datepicker

Steps to reproduce:

Open https://next--upbeat-sinoussi-f675aa.netlify.app/api/date-pickers/ on Safari
Turn VO on
