Change the location of the config file and Dockerfile

I seem to made a mistake there. I will fix it other way. Will push it this weekend.

Sorry for late reply about this @whereisasan. Now pushed a new configuration, which shall work as intended. You can just mount ./cfg that includes dnsmasq.conf and vpn_server.config files to /cfg on the container and it shall work as the same way you fixed it.
