GearJoint & WheelJoint in trunk/ do not compile #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Check out trunk, mvn eclipse:eclipse, import jbox2d-library.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no compilation errors

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest trunk, 3.16.2012

Please provide any additional information below.

Yes, the GearJoint should be excluded from your build path for now, it's not 
complete.  And probably the WheelJoint as well.

I'll be starting development again in the summer.
