Disable QuickScroll in Photos / Camera Roll #341

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From Settings > QuickScroll > Disable for... > Photos/Camera = OFF
2. Go to Photos and view Camera Roll or any album
3. QuickScroll is still enabled when viewing/zooming photos of an album.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

QuickScroll should be disabled on all screens within Photos app.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?

iPhone 3GS. 3.0 firmware.

Please provide any additional information below.

QuickScroll 2.2a installed.

of iKeyEx in http://code.google.com/p/networkpx/downloads/list first.
