Deleted Settings #459

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a keyboard, for example 5-row qwerty
2. go into safemode
3. respring back to normal mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect settings to be kept, but the set keyboards are not set anymore, only
the default keyboard shows. Settings disappear everytime....very annoying
to have to add keyboards everytime my springboard crashes...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
Ipod touch 2g 3.0fw

Please provide any additional information below.
