What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to keyboard
2. Hit numbers button
3. Press comma or period.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Press period you expect a period, but get a comma. Press Comma you get a 
period. Probably a simple layout.plist edit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?

iPhone 3GS 3.1.2. Has been reproduced on other phones at howardforums.com.

Already fixed in r581. It won't apply on existing users because some of you may actually have changed the layout. Use "Settings -> iKeyEx -> Customize -> 5RowQWERTY -> Special characters" to swap them back.
