Detail - Added a spec around the nft api

@KarishmaBothara I've updated the api-spec.yaml as per our discussion yesterday, also i've removed imageUrl and replace it with metadataUri. Once this is merge, I'll create another PR that will have a script to generate the API specs and push it to gh-pages
