Support tribal lands as a level #96

Hey -- thanks for the developing this package, seems like a huge timesaver.

I'm working on a project that requires pulling census data for all tribal lands in three different states. I'm running into some issues trying to pull data with the cenpy package for tribal areas -- are these incorporated on the backend? I've been using the "from_place" function to pull data for a specific reservation. When I try to plot the data it says I have an empty GeoDataFrame. I can't seem to specify a "level" for tribal areas -- is there a way to pull data for tribal census tracts?

Thanks.

Hi! Thanks for the question. As far as I recall, tribal zones are not yet supported in the Product API... it'd be great to support them! We've also had requests to support block groups (xref #89), but I won't have the time myself to implement this in the near term...

I'm sorry! Tidycensus might be able to do what you need in R.
