Channel selector page shows blank square on feeds.json refresh #186

Reproduction steps

  1. Open a fresh installation of CeNO
  2. Navigate to the channels list. You will see the channels that were included with the version of feeds.json that shipped with the build you installed.
  3. Wait for a new version of feeds.json to be downloaded
  4. Refresh the page before all the feed contents have been inserted.

Expected results

The user is given some meaningful display of information to tell them what is happening (e.g. Feeds list updated, still waiting for contents to be inserted)

Actual results

Three blank feed "squares" are displayed. Not obvious to the user what is happening.

The screen should never be empty now - so a message is not needed.
