Restart RSS-Reader and Bundle Server when they exit abnormally #221

Write a daemon that will be checking whether the bridge-side RSS-Reader and Bundle-Server agents are running. If not, it will restart them. You may use PID files for that and modify CENOBridge box init script accordingly.
