Update bridge.db SSK channels schema; Update build.xml to use the sqlitedb.jar included in the lib directory; Read bridge.db path from bridge.properties configuration file; Store channels in bridge.db before unloading CENOBridge.jar plugin; Add lastSynced timestamp in channels
