Updated New Relic's rebranded logo and added Link to quickstart page #757

Hi Dev team, The FutureStack 2022 event held in April marked the debut New Relic’s new brand - complete with a new look and feel including the company logo. Updated this documentation with the latest logo and we have many users on our platform who are using OpenCensus and would like to instrument it. We’d love to provide a smooth experience for OpenCensus users who need to use commercial monitoring solutions, such as New Relic. Please see our documentation here.

Please consider adding a link for your direct users to provide an option for New Relic. For your convenience, we have submitted this PR with our proposed content.
