Update tigers readme with note and uri change #89

Description

  1. Change the tigger examples URI for the current available one
  2. Added a note to warm the people when 2020 becomes deprecated to try out the next available one

Thanks for making this change. I modified the warning about release a little bit to be consistent with the other similar documentation.

I think I will also add a "latest" like we have for ACS releases so that you don't have to worry about URLs suddenly breaking.
