Add a "Poxima problem" button to switch problem content to Spanish #725

We talked about Adding a "Switch to Spanish" button to switch all content to Spanish. This means that the student would be switched to an equivalent class with same topics.

We could also consider switching the language of the browser, if not too hard.

Here are some questions about the functionality:

Will the student be allowed to freely switch back and forth between the languages at any time? If not, will the student select a language at login or will the teacher be involved in making the switch for the student? Or ????

Will only the content in the problem window be switching?

Will there be a one-for-one set of problems in each supported topic?
