Add filter "My Issues" #17

It would be nice if there were a possibility to filter for my own issues in the helpdesk forum. When the filter is applied, only issues that I created should be displayed.

This enhancement would go to the moodle core. It is not something we should handle with the support plugin. Supportteam members can view a list of their issues in the plugin's overview page.
