UI: next / previous section buttons also in first and last section #122

In course view with course format "one topic" (is default on eduvidual) there are buttons to go to next or previous section. The first section also shows a "previous"-button, and the last shows a "next"-button. Both are empty, leaving only a blue box on the page. That should be invisible. screenshot

there is no difference on t1.
