Thank you @kaylakraines & @mchan143 for your hard work on creating the OilRig Caldera Port!

Changes include the following:

ymal folder - Caldera Planner & Instructions on using Caldera to implement the scenario
caldera_port folder - supporting .vbs files

Changes have been tested with Caldera from start to finish.
