AF-177 Create a splash screen #100

Adds a splash screen that is modeled after the CTI Blueprints splash screen.

Display splash screen at startup (if there is no src parameter).
The splash screen can create new flows, open flows, and open hyperlinks.
The splash screen options can be customized in the builder config.
Also update webpack config to display a better page title.
Update the AFB logo in the top left to use the Engenuity logo.
